Investment Risks
Intercam Futures is not a bank and investments made through Intercam Futures is not FDIC insured, are not deposits or other obligations of any financial institution, and are not guaranteed by any financial institution. However customer funds deposited for futures are required to be segregated from other accounts/assets at the corresponding FCM and in the event of an FCM bankruptcy, the funds remain secure for the customer. Customer Identification Program
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, federal law requires financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who establishes a formal relationship with the financial institution. 

What this means to you is that if you establish a formal relationship with Intercam Futures, you must furnish to Intercam Futures your name, address, date of birth, tax identification number and other information and documentation (which documentation may include a driver's license, passport, or other government-issued document evidencing nationality or residence and bearing a photograph or other similar safeguard) that will allow Intercam Futures to verify your identity. Where business entities establish formal relationships with Intercam Futures, Intercam Futures requires certain information and documentation to verify the identity and existence of the business entity. Entities’ key personnel and owners may also be required to submit personal information as noted above (i.e. name, date of birth, tax ID number, etc.).
Information Systems Cyber Security Program
Intercam has an obligation to maintain the confidentiality of customer information and secure customer records containing non-public personal information. CFTC Regulation 160 requires registered firms to adopt policies and procedures that address administrative, technical, and physical safeguards for the protection of customer records and information. In accordance with published     CFTC Recommended Best Practices, and pursuant to NFA Interpretive Notice 9070, Intercam has implemented this Information Systems Security Program to adopt reasonable safeguards, considering firm  size and the nature of our operations, to protect against security threats to our technology systems generally, and customer information specifically.
